About us
We have been injection moulding in Sibiu since 1994 — one of the first privately owned injection moulders in Romania, started five years after the country had any private industry to speak of. SC 4MMP SRL, the company that runs the business today, was founded in 2003.
The family is now on its second generation, in management and on the shop floor, where a good number of people learned the job from the people who had it before them. Thirty-two years at the presses, two halls, thirteen machines, and a quality system audited to the automotive standard. We are a subcontractor by trade and, since recently, a manufacturer with a product of our own.
Local, but globally connected
Sibiu, one kilometre from the A1. We supply customers in Germany, Austria, Spain and the UK.
Fast, without cutting corners
Decisions take hours, not committees. The quality system is audited to IATF 16949 all the same.
Small, and that is the point
You talk to the people who run the presses. Many of them learned the job here, from the generation before.
The factory
- Two production halls, over 2,000 m², extended in 2026

- 16 operators, 4 technicians and 2 quality inspectors, on 2 or 3 shifts
- Over 300 parts in production and over 220 tools in custody and maintenance
Who we work for
Our longest relationship is with Thyssen Krupp Bilstein, across the group. We mould the protective sleeves, bellows, compression buffers and elastic limiters that go into suspension dampers fitted to BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar, Ford and Fiat — on the line and as spare parts.
Fritzmeier, Harting, Kendrion, Falcon and Jokon are customers too. Outside automotive we mould for electrical systems, food and retail.
Why a moulder built a floor
For three decades we made other people's parts. DALO is the first thing we designed, tooled and sell under our own name — a modular floor that goes down in a day and can be repaired one tile at a time.
It is made on the same presses, by the same people, inside the same quality system as the automotive work. That is the whole argument, and it is not one any importer can make.
