4MMP has been injection moulding plastic parts in Sibiu since 1994 — one of the first privately owned moulders in Romania, now in the hands of the second generation. Thirteen injection presses, two blow moulding machines, tooling design and custody, and automation built in house. Over 300 parts in production and over 220 tools in our care, under IATF 16949.

- Injection moulding: 13 presses — 10 Arburg and 3 Haitian — from 50 to 230 tonnes clamping force
- Blow moulding: Automa up to 5 litres, GDK GM up to 3 litres
- Parts from 1 gram to 250 grams, in small or large series
- 16 operators, 4 technicians and 2 quality inspectors, across 2 or 3 shifts
- Two halls, over 2,000 m², one kilometre from the A1 motorway exit
- Over 100 kW of photovoltaic installed on site

Thyssen Krupp Bilstein, across the group — Compa in Sibiu, Suspension GmbH, Tuning GmbH and Bilstein of America. Our parts go into dampers fitted to BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar, Ford and Fiat, both on the line and as spares. Fritzmeier, Harting, Kendrion, Falcon and Jokon are customers too.
Automotive is the demanding half of the work, but not all of it: we also mould for electrical systems, food and retail.
