Every press in this factory has a robot on it. Not a handful of automated cells and the rest by hand — all of them. And the whole setup was built here, by our own people, not bought as a turnkey package.
For some custom projects we design and build a dedicated robot for that part alone. Also in house.
What that buys you

For an automotive buyer this is the difference between a supplier who runs a process and one who runs an operator. Under IATF 16949, a repeatable cycle is not a nice-to-have.
Who does it
Automation engineers, a process engineer and technicians, on staff. That is why the robots went in here rather than arriving on a lorry with an integrator's invoice attached — and it is why a change on a running cell takes hours instead of a service call.
It also means we can do this work for you. If you have a cell that needs automating, or a part that needs a rig nobody sells off the shelf, it is the same team and the same workshop.
We cannot do everything. We can do a lot.
We are not a systems integrator with a hundred engineers and we will not pretend otherwise. There are projects that belong with a large automation house, and when yours is one of them we will say so early rather than late.
What we are good at is the automation that sits around a moulding machine and around a part we understand: take-out, handling, grippers, jigs, dedicated rigs for one job. Describe what you need and you will get a straight answer about whether it is ours to do.
