Blow moulding
Extrusion blow moulding for hollow parts up to five litres. Two machines, running the same materials and the same quality system as the injection side.
The envelope
- 1 × Automa, up to 5 litres
- 1 × GDK GM, up to 3 litres
- Polyethylene — HDPE and LDPE
- Polypropylene, and PP + EPDM for parts that must stay flexible
What we blow
The parts we are known for are suspension components: protective sleeves for damper tubes, and conical and cylindrical bellows in a long list of sizes. They go to Thyssen Krupp Bilstein and end up under BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar, Ford and Fiat.
A bellows has to fold thousands of times, in road salt and summer heat, without splitting. That is a harder brief than most blow-moulded parts, and it sets the standard we work to on everything else.
