Injection moulding
We have been injection moulding since 1994, which makes us one of the first privately owned moulders in Romania and, thirty-two years later, one of the few still run by the family that started it. Thirteen presses — ten Arburg and three Haitian — from 50 to 230 tonnes of clamping force. Parts from one gram to 250 grams, in series small enough to be awkward for a large moulder and large enough to run for years.

Materials we run
- Polyethylene — HDPE and LDPE

- PC, ABS, POM, PUR, EPDM
We buy through authorised distributors — Basell, Bayer, Borealis, PolyOne, TVK, Biesterfeld, Sabic and Albis — so the grade in the part is the grade on the datasheet, with traceability behind it.
What comes with the moulding
- Mould design, and custody and maintenance of your tools
- First-sample approval with the documentation behind it
- Optical measurement and force testing on moulded assemblies
- Assembly, deburring, inspection and packing, where the part needs hands
- Automation cells designed and built in house
All of it inside a quality system audited to IATF 16949, which is what our automotive customers buy as much as the parts.
