We measure
We come to you, measure, and agree the zones and the colours. You keep a sample tile to walk on and to argue with.
We quote
A written quote with quantities and a price, the same day or the next. Not a range, not a ballpark.
We install
Zone by zone, so production never stops. The floor is walkable the next day.
What actually happens on site
The tiles lock together with a dovetail joint on all four sides. They are pressed home by foot. There is no adhesive, no screed and no curing time, so there is no smell, no dust and nothing to wait for.
In zones where vehicles turn on the spot — a lift bay, a tight corner — we glue the tiles to the concrete. We agree those zones with you at the measuring visit, before anything is ordered, not after something moves.
What to have ready
- A swept floor. The concrete can be cracked, stained or uneven — it does not have to be good
- An expansion gap at the edges, outdoors
- Somewhere to stack the pallets for a day
Try it for 30 days. Pay only if you keep it.
The product is at the stage where real floors under real traffic are worth more to us than the invoice. So we deliver and install with no payment up front. You use it for 30 days.
If it is not right, we lift it, take it away at our own cost, and you owe nothing. No restocking fee, no argument.
